TRARC Activities for December 2025

Members,

As Thanksgiving is now behind us and we are still eating left-over turkey, the Club has the following activities planned for December.
Saturday, December 6th is the Club’s Annual Holiday Dinner starting at 1pm at the Butlers Golf Course, Rock Run Inn, 800 Rock Run Rd, Elizabeth, PA 15037. The party includes a buffet dinner, cash bar, and a Chinese gift basket exchange. We look forward to seeing everyone at the party.

Monday, December 8th or Wednesday, December 10th will be our next Club board meeting at 7pm via Zoom. Jim Bricker N3JHB will decide if a meeting is necessary. If so, an email will be issued to the board members concerning the agenda and the Zoom log-in.

Tuesday, December 9th will be our next VE session at the McKeesport High School at 6:30 pm. Please contact Mike Kowalcheck KV3L for more information.

Thursday, December 11th will be our operations night beginning at 7pm at the Lincoln Borough VFD 184 Social Hall, 4312 Liberty Way, Elizabeth 15037. We use the Club call W3OC which allows Technician and General Class operators to operate on all bands (Extra Class operators will be there to assist). If you or someone you know wants to learn more about operations, please come out and we will help.

Saturday, December 13th is the Club’s Hams and Eggs Breakfast. It will be held at the Butlers Golf Course Rock Run Inn, 800 Rock Run Road, Elizabeth 15037 starting at 9:30 am. Please join us for a great breakfast and great company.

No Members Meeting Tuesday, December 18th.
