White Oak Pa. Councilman Jason D. Russell joined Two Rivers ARC W3OC for ARRL Field Day 2024
Jim Bricker N3JHB explaining to Councilman Jason D. Russell how Amateur Radio works and uses in an emergency. Councilman Jason D. Russell had left the Field Day site this afternoon. He came back with his wife Amanda (pink shirt). She wanted to talk on the Radio. She made several contacts.
