Members from Two Rivers ARC W3OC, Allegheny County PA ARES, as well as other Amateur Radio Organizations to assist Westmoreland Emergency Amateur Radio Service (WEARS) with boots on the ground radio communications throughout the Westmoreland County Shop n Save Airshow.

WEARS (Westmoreland Emergency Amateur Radio Service) paid a visit to the Two Rivers ARC Members meeting. The members of WEARS have put in a lot of time and effort into building the WEARS Mobile Command Center.
