Something new for Two Rivers ARC, Jeff KC3ZIX one of the members brought in a homebrew antenna he built. It’s called a Noodle Antenna. It’s tune for 17m.
Members of Two Rivers ARC and Allegheny County ARES along with other radio club members assisted WARES (Westmoreland ARES) in providing radio communications for the Air Show at the Arnold Palmer Regional Airport.

The Holidays are upon us and I hope everyone has recovered from overeating on Thanksgiving. As we await Santa Claus, the Club has the following activities planned for December.

Operation Paul Bunyan. Members of Two Rivers ARC gather to take down a tree that was in front of the W3OC repeater shed. No one was hurt all had a good time. Also, no electric lines were damaged. Improvements being made. Post Views: 302
